Sri Kalyana Narayana Perumal temple was built by the grandson of lord Krishna over 2500 years ago.The northern entrance of this Indian temple is called Moksha Dwara and the southern entrance of this temple which is next to the Gomathi river is called Swarga Dwara.Dwaraka Bet Dwaraka(an island with the palaces of Krishna and his queens) Nathdwara Dakor and Kangroli are called the Pancha Dwaraka. Dwaraka Shila white stones with Chakra markings are collected from the Gomathi river bed during low tide of the sea.
